Rachel O’Neill

Rachel works with colleagues and schools throughout their training journey, ensuring they feel confident in using GL Assessment products to the fullest and fully supported at every stage. A former primary school teacher, she has over 20 years’ experience across the primary phase, beginning as a classroom teacher and progressing to Deputy Head. Assessment and pupil wellbeing were always central to her responsibilities, and remain her passions today. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, reading, walking, running, and eating delicious food (preferably food she hasn’t cooked herself, though she does love cooking too).
